By creating an account on SansursuzApi (sansursuzapi.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.

Service

We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted language model. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Your account

You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. If the key leaks, rotate it.

Acceptable use

You must be an adult. You may not use the API for any purpose illegal in your jurisdiction, generate sexual content involving minors, harass people, or attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in this way.

Billing

Usage is billed per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires within 7 days after registration. Prepaid credit never expires.

Refunds

Prepaid credit is non-refundable. Prepaid credit is a prepaid balance for API usage. The payment added to your account is final and non-refundable.

Prepaid credit never expires, so nothing you pay for is lost. Prepaid credit stays in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or a year from now.

The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If your API account stops working and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use to the wallet address you provided in writing, in the same stable coin you paid with.

Errors are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or a top-up was charged twice, contact us via the Support with transaction details; we will resolve the issue. This is not a refund request and there is no time limit for this situation.

Trial credit is free and intended for trying the API. It is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and expires within 7 days after registration.

If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Independence

SansursuzApi is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison, and belong to their owners.

We may update prices and these terms; the latest version is always on this page.
